You will be responsible for: 

  • Develop and maintain an employee attendance system
  • Work with the executive team to perform day to day tasks such as cash book, scanning receipts and cheques, and outdoor office work
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports 
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Manage repairs and office upkeep 
  • Manage office admin staff 
  • Onboarding new employees and setup

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
  • Proficiency in English and in GSuite (specially sheets) 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation:
